  4. Fourth full chapters are reviewed by book series editors.
  5. Fifth full chapters are improved and finalised at the international LiHE symposium.
  6. Sixth finalised chapers are reviewed by book series editors.
  7. Seventh finalised chapters are reviewed by Libri Publishing.
  8. Eight typeset chapters are proofed by authors.
  9. Ninth typeset chapters are proofed by book series editors.
